Francis Marfo is a British technology entrepreneur, cybersecurity researcher, and GovTech innovator focused on transforming justice and public-service systems across Africa.

As Founder and CEO of PIRL, he leads the development of secure, scalable, and research-driven platforms for government institutions, with OMOCS serving as the company’s first signature project.

His work is driven by a strong belief that digital systems should improve trust, expand access, and strengthen institutions over the long term.
